Impact McCollum practicing was confirmed by North Carolina's offensive coordinator Chip Lindsey. Ideally for the Tar Heels, they can have McCollum available for their bowl game against West Virginia on Dec. 27. With fellow receiver Devontez Walker forgoing the bowl to turn pro, McCollum is now UNC's top wideout.
