As you explore Sanctuary and slay demons in Diablo 4, you’ll acquire new gear that provides stat bonuses for your character, making them incrementally stronger. However, there are other ways that you can give your hero a buff without finding a new item, and that is through the Altars of Lilith Statues spread throughout the map.
These statues will give you a small upgrade, but because there are a lot of them, they’ll begin to add up over time. We’ve searched through the map of Sanctuary to locate all of the Altars of Lilith so that you’ll have an easier time finding some you might have missed. Here is everything you need to know about the Altars of Lilith Statues in Diablo 4 and where to find them all.

ContentsIn total, there are 160 Altars of Lilith Statues scattered across the five zones of Sanctuary in Diablo 4. Many of these are off the main path and tucked away in corners, so don’t be surprised if you have difficulty finding them. After interacting with a statue, you’ll be provided with a permanent stat boost, which is applied to every one of your characters on the realm. Each Altar of Lilith will also give you 10 renown per statue you find. Completing all 160 Altars of Lilith will provide you with a total of 68 Intelligence, 72 Dexterity, 87 Strength, 64 Willpower, 80 Murmuring Obols capacity, and 4 Paragon Points.
If you’re looking to check off every statue, I suggest waiting until you unlock a mount in Diablo 4, so that you have an easier and quicker time traversing across the zones.
There are 28 Altars of Lilith Statues in the Fractured Peaks zone of Diablo 4. This is generally the first area that players will begin to explore during their initial playthrough, so getting here shouldn’t be too much of an issue. This zone will give you a total of 12 Intelligence, 12 Dexterity, 21 Strength, 10 Willpower, and 10 Murmuring Obols capacity.
There are 34 Altars of Lilith Statues in the Scosglen region of Diablo 4. This zone is north of Fractured Peaks and will be one of the first areas players can visit in the game. A majority of the Altars of Lilith can be found on the eastern side of Scoslgen, while also being spread relatively near each other. If you’re looking to acquire a few quick stats in this zone we recommend working your way through this of the map first. Scosglen will give you a total of 14 Intelligence, 18 Dexterity, 20 Strength, and 16 Willpower.
There are 33 Altars of Lilith Statues in Dry Steppes of Diablo 4. This zone is located on the western side of the map, and requires you to go through Scosglen to get there. Focusing on the eastern side of Dry Steppes will net you more stats in quick succession, as the western area is quite sparse with Altars of Lilith to discover. Be cautious of the statue located in Akhai Prairie as this is in a PvP area. Dry Steppes will give you a total of 20 Intelligence, 12 Dexterity, 12 Strength, 14 Willpower, and 4 Paragon Points.
There are 31 Altars of Lilith Statues in the Kehjistan region of Diablo 4. This zone is one of the later areas of the game, and requires you to pass through Scosglen and Dry Steppes, so we recommend finishing the other three zones before exploring here. There are a handful of Altars of Lilith statues located in the Fields of Hatred in Kehjistan, which is a PvP zone where other players will be able to do harm to you – so be careful here. Kehjistan will give you a total of 10 Intelligence, 18 Dexterity, 10 Strength, 12 Willpower, and 30 Murmuring Obols Capacity.
There are 34 Altars of Lilith Statues in the Hawezar region of Diablo 4. It’s best to access this zone after you’ve completed the story acts in Fractured Peaks, Scosglen, and Dry Steppes. We recommend focusing on the northern side of Hawezar if you’re looking to get stats fast, as there are quite a few bunched up here. Hawezar will give you a total of 12 Intelligence, 12 Dexterity, 24 Strength, 12 Willpower, and 40 Murmuring Obols Capacity.
Blizzard has confirmed that previously discovered Altars of Lilith will not reset each season, this also includes the renown associated with them. We currently don’t know if more statues will be added in the future or if upcoming expansions will include new areas that have Altars of Lilith, but I find it very reassuring to know that I won’t have to start from scratch again each season.
