The Copa America is almost upon us.
The 2024 edition of the CONMEBOL competition gets underway on June 20, as the best sides from North, South and Central America arrive in the United States for a special edition of the tournament.
The action will run for just short of a month, with established powerhouses like Brazil, Lionel Messi's Argentina and Uruguay all expected to challenge for the title. Argentina and Uruguay will be going for a record-extending 16th continental crown.
As well as those sides, you can expect to hear plenty about some of the CONCACAF teams, too. USMNT will hope to be competitive at the least, as they warm-up for the World Cup in 2026 in their own backyard, while the same applies to Canada and Mexico.
But before the Copa action begins, there will be a build-up period, where sides will test themselves in non-competitive action to get ready for the tournament proper.
The Sporting News rounds up the latest schedule, scores and results from all the warm-up games ahead of the finals.
